Please see below for instructions on how to return your items.

Please be advised we do not accept exchanges - if products are returned to us requesting an exchange they will be refunded. 

Please be advised we do not accept hand delivered returns, our office is strictly not open/accessible to the general public.  

All orders have 30 days to be returned from the date of delivery.

All products must be in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. If product are sent back in damaged packaging or packaging that is not Oddballs they will be returned to you.

Customers may return products from bundles - you will be refunded for the amount each individual product totals from the bundle total price when you placed your order - not the product price if it is sold as an individual on the site. 

If items are sent to us outside of the above, they will be returned to you.

If your underwear product came in our paper packaging and it has been opened, we cannot accept the product back for a return - this is for all boxers, briefs and thongs only.

Postage must be covered by the customer and we strongly advise to use a tracked delivery service when returning parcels to us as, if we do not have proof that products have been received back with us, a refund may not be possible.

Any postage costs from your original order will not be refunded.  

If your order contained a free gift, it must be returned if your order total after any refunds goes below the free gift minimum. If it is not returned, we will deduct the price from your refund.

Please allow up to 14 working days from the date your return parcel is received back at OddBalls for your refund to be processed,. You will receive a notification to the email address on your original order. 

Please remember to include a note with the parcel stating your order number and your refund request then send the product(s) to:
